Minutes: Regular Board Meeting December 12, 1988

1. Mrs. Park, 3C, discussed leak in her unit.

2. Ms. Simon and Ms. Dunn, 3K, discussed problem of vandalism in garage. If they are unsuccessful in recovering their loss via insurance, the condominium will attempt to compensate them for same.

3. We will investigate recovering security deposits that are currently with Con Edison and Brooklyn Union Gas.

4. The condominium's reserve accounts (general, boiler and roof accounts) should be deposited in separate bank accounts, each clearly labeled. In addition, the existing general reserve account should be proportioned amongst the three categories listed above.

5. Beginning in 1989, the exterminator will service the building once per month.

6. The 1989 budget was approved.

7. Frank McGuire resigned from the board of managers.

8. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 24, 1989 in unit LD at 7:30 P.M.
