Board of Managers Meeting
Thursday, November 16, 1995

DATE & TIME - Pursuant to the By-Laws of Highview Condominium II, a meeting of the Board of Managers was held on Thursday, November 16, 1995 at 7:30 pm at 850 Howard Avenue, Staten Island, Unit 6K.

OFFICERS - The president, Thomas Will, opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. Ms. Joan Desantis acted as recording secretary for the meeting.

QUORUM - The following board members were present: Thomas Will, Joan Desantis, Rachel DiMare Debra Kess and Neil Hattem. The following board member was absent: None.

FINANCIALS - A motion was made, seconded and approved to contact the sponsor Mr. Eli Kalimian in efforts to purchase Unit 3F.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to contact Ms. Rona at Citibank in efforts to secure a better investment on monies in the money market account of the building.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to sign the contract of Al Tuzzo as account for the year 1996.

SNOW REMOVAL - A motion was made, seconded and approved to hire G & D Maintenance to remove snow during the season of 1995/1996.

LAUNDRY ROOM - The board wants to renegotiate the new laundry contract with Dan Lorenzo.

DISCUSSION - Ms. Cooper addressed the board of managers concerning a leak in unit LF from corrupted plumbing in above apartments. Upon a motion made, seconded and approved to replace the remaining tub drains in the "G" Line of apartments.

HOLIDAY PARTY - Upon a motion made, seconded and approved the Holiday Party for the building will be held on Thursday, December 13, 1995 at 8:00pm in the building lobby.

ADJOURN - There being no other business, a motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned at 9:00 pm.
