Board of Managers Meeting
Wednesday, October 8, 1997

DATE & TIME - Pursuant to the By-Laws of Highview Condominium II, a meeting of the Board of Managers was held on Wednesday, October 8, 1997 at 7:30 pm at 850 Howard Avenue, Staten Island, Lobby of building.

OFFICERS - The president, Thomas Will, opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. Ms. Debra Kess acted as recording secretary for the meeting.

QUORUM - The following board members were present: Thomas Will, Neil Hattem, Debra Kess, and Joan DeSantis. The following board member was absent: Racial DiMare.

MINUTES - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to accept the minutes of the previous meeting.

FINANCIAL - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to approve the proposed budget for 1998. Any major repairs will be funded through an assessment.

SNOW REMOVAL - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to sign the contract for snow removal presented by G & D Maintenance Co.

PAINTING - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to paint the fire escapes of the building - Raul Cordova Contracting. In addition, he is to renumber the parking spots.

PARKING - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to tow any vehicle parked the front driveway. Notices have been sent to each homeowner and tenant in the building.

SURVEY FORM - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to prepare a survey form concerning cleanliness of building and grounds. In addition, remarks or suggestions from tenants and homeowners will be accepted.

HOLIDAY PARTY - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to hold the Annual Holiday Party on Monday, December 15, 1997.

ADJOURN - There being no other business, a motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned at 9:30 pm.
