Mr. Kalimian also advised that if there are any other problems the Board should take the matter up with the Attorney General's office, as he felt he had done what had been requested by them.

The Board will send toMr. Kalimian the letters which had been received from owners listing complaints which had not yet been taken care of.

2. Mr. Ronald Mazzucco, Attorney, had sent the Board a copy of the letter he had written to Ms. Linda Saraniero, owner of apartment Lobby-D, concerning the Board's objections to the tenants to whom her apartment is presently rented, and requesting that she contact the Board of Managers immediately to set up a meeting to discuss the problems.
