General Membership Meeting
Wednesday, May 7, 1997

DATE & TIME - Pursuant to the By-Laws of Highview Condominium II, a general membership meeting was held on Wednesday, May 7, 1997 at 7:30 pm at 850 Howard Avenue, Staten Island, Lobby of building.

OFFICERS - The president, Thomas Will, opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. Ms. Debra Kess acted as recording secretary for the meeting.

QUORUM - The following board members were present: Thomas Will, Debra Kess, Rachael DiMare, Neil Hattem and Joan DeSantis. The following board member was absent: None.

26.66% of the membership was present at the meeting either in person or via proxy. The management firm verified the proxies. As per the By-Laws of the condominium a quorum was not present to conduct a meeting. The meeting was adjourned until further notice.

OLD BUSINESS

Financial Report: Presented by the Thomas W. Finnerty of TW Finnerty Property Management, Inc.
President's Report: Presented by Thomas Will, President of the Board of Managers
Guest Speaker: Captain Michael Feminella, Division II Brooklyn spoke on fire safety in the building. The speech covered methods to protect yourself against fires and how to correctly use a fire extinguisher.

o Insurance for the building
o Leaks in windows and ceilings
o Rent Control issues
o Parking in front driveway
o Defective thermal windows
o Window cleaning services

ADJOURN - As per the By-Laws of the condominium a quorum was not present to conduct a meeting. Accordingly, the meeting was adjourned until further notice.
