General:

1. Mr. Affatati reviewed the monthly management report.

2. Mr. Tuzzo reviewed the closing financial statements for fiscal 1985. In view of the fact that Highview Condominium II is liable for approximately $1000 in income taxes for 1985, he made the following suggestions vis a vis our financial position.
- consider placing our bank deposits in tax-free accounts.
- review the possibility of installing water/gas meters in the laundry room so that actual expenses can be written off against income from the laundry concession.

3. Mr. Francos discussed the problem of leaks in the bathroom of apt. 3J. Mr Affatati stated that the problem has been resolved by recaulking and regrouting the bathroom in apt. 4J. Mr. Affatati will instruct Carlos to close up the ceiling in apt. 3J as soon as possible.

4. Mr. Bellini suggested that there seems to be a general problem with backups of water in the J-line. Mr. Affatati indicated that he would arrange for Carlos and/or the plumber to check on this and evaluate the situation.

5. Cable TV. A cable company is interested in wiring this build-ing for cable television. This service would be free of charge and unit owners would be able to purchase cable TV at their own expense when it becomes available sometime in 1987.

It will be arranged for a representative of the cable company to address the board at a meeting. Mr. Affatati suggested that Mr. Mazzucca, our attorney, be present at that meeting and also that Mr. Mazzucca review any contract that the cable company might offer.

A.motion was made that a letter be drawn up and sent to Ms. Mizhiritsky informing her that it is her responsibility to repair the plumbing problem in her apart-ment that is causing a leak in apt. 5D.
