Board of Managers Meeting
Thursday, March 28, 1996

DATE & TIME - Pursuant to the By-Laws of Highview Condominium II, a meeting of the Board of Managers was held on Thursday, March 28, 1996 at 7:30 pm at 850 Howard Avenue, Staten Island, Lobby of building.

OFFICERS - The president, Thomas will, opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. Ms. Debra Kess acted as recording secretary for the meeting.

QUORUM - The following board members were present: Thomas Will, Debra Kess and Neil Hattem.

The following board member was absent: Joan DeSantis, Rachel DiMare.

FINANCIALS - A motion was made, seconded and approved to contact Ms. Rona at Citibank in efforts to secure a better investment on moneys in the money market account of the building.

LAUNDRY ROOM - A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the proposal from Susan - Designs by Susan to refurbish the laundry room.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to notify all homeowners and tenants of the rule which states, "No laundry machines in apartments."

REPAIRS - A motion was made, seconded and approved to replace the side walk in front of the building, as it is in need or repair.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to place a signal in the superintendent's apartment to indicate a boiler failure.

GENERAL MEETING - A motion was made, seconded and approved to hold the General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 1996 at 8pm in the building lobby.

ADJOURN There being no other business, a motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned at 9:00 pm.
