Board of Managers Meeting
Wednesday, March 26, 1997

DATE & TIME - Pursuant to the By-Laws of Highview Condominium II, a meeting of the Board of Managers was held on Wednesday, March 27, 1997 at 7:30 pm at 850 Howard Avenue, Staten Island, Lobby of building.

OFFICERS - The president, Thomas Will, opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. Ms. Debra Kess acted as recording secretary for the meeting.

QUORUM - The following board members were present: Thomas Will, Debra Kess, and Joan DeSantis. The following board member was absent: Rachael DiMare and Neil Hattem.

MINUTES - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to accept the minutes of the previous meeting.

FINANCIALS - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to place $15,000 in the money market account.

COLLECTION - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to approve an administration resolution to collect delinquency accounts.

OWNER ACCOUNTS - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to turn over the collection of delinquency accounts to Marc Scollar, Esq.:

GENERAL MEETING - Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was RESOLVED to conduct the General Membership Meeting - May 7, 1997 at 7:30PM in the building lobby. The agenda will include a speaker from the Fire Department, Accountant Al Tuzzo, CPA and the proposition of installing a fire alarm system in the building.

ADJOURN - There being no other business, a motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned at 9:00 pm.
