Roof Door - Based on reports by our Superintendent and Management, it appears that persons unknown are illegally trespassing on our roof. This is evidenced by discarded beer cans, cigarette stubs, etc. Upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was unanimously RESOLVED to install a roof door alarm system.

Bldg. Repairs - A motion was duly made, seconded and carried, it was unanimously RESOLVED to paint the steps on the stairwells.

Landscaping - Walsh Brothers Landscaping will begin the spring clean up the last week of March.

Chute-Rooms - A motion was duly made, seconded and carried, it was unanimously RESOLVED to contract Chute-Master to clean and disinfect the compactor chutes on each floor. This maintenance procedure will assure the abatement of vermin in the building.

Master Antenna - A motion was duly made, seconded and carried, it was unanimously RESOLVED to alert all homeowners and tenants of the problem caused by tampering with the plug for the master antenna in each unit. Removing the plate from the wall will cause the interruption of the television signal to the apartments on the same line. Also, a proposal from Jordon Intercom was discussed outlining a new survey of the roof for a better location to install a television antenna. The present antenna receives a weak signal because it is below the top of Howard Avenue, whereby it is necessary to amplify the signal for good TV reception.
