SUBJECT: High View Condominium II Summary of First Meeting

A meeting was held on January 11, 1983 at 8:00 p.m. in the lobby of Highview Condominium II for the purpose of electing a Board of Managers to represent the unit owners of this premise.

The following individuals were appointed as representatives for Highview Condominium II:

Accordingly, it is suggested that unit owners supply a list of apartment and/or building deficiencies they have complaints about. A formal list will be compiled and submitted to the builder according to the specifications and obligations so stated in the prospectus.

It is of the utmost importance that we receive your complaints no later than Saturday, January 15, 1983 as the builder's obligation will expire on February 19, 1983. The builder has assured us of his continued cooperation beyond the expiration date; however, he is not legally obligated.

A special mailbox will be installed in the lobby mailroom for this purpose. Please put the list in a sealed envelope.

Your mutual cooperation will be appreciated in this matter so that we may effectively represent you in dealing with these problems.
